MILitary & Law enforcement precision rifle courses

A recurring challenge within both military units and law enforcement agencies is the presence of outdated information, insufficient funding for training, and occasional gatekeeping of critical knowledge—often in combination. These issues can significantly hinder the development and operational readiness of personnel, particularly within specialized roles like sniper teams. I am deeply committed to enhancing the skills and capabilities of professional snipers.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of training law enforcement snipers across the country, as well as foreign military snipers. Based on my extensive experience, I have observed distinct training priorities between the two groups. Law enforcement snipers frequently request instruction in areas such as engaging smaller targets, executing surgical precision shots, advanced obstacle clearance techniques, utilization of LPVOs, and refining positional shooting within shorter distances. Military snipers, on the other hand, typically focus on long-range engagements, advanced obstacle clearance techniques, rapid target engagement, extended long-range (ELR) shooting, and moving targets. However, my training programs are highly adaptable. I am equipped to tailor curriculum and instruction to meet the specific needs and operational objectives of your unique entity, ensuring that every training session is both relevant and impactful.
Please do not hesitate to reach out for further details regarding the training options available and how we can best address the unique needs of your team. I look forward to the opportunity to support your unit’s readiness and proficiency.
Emissary Consulting is in the business of teaching precision rifle concepts and incorporating fieldcraft skills to build stable shooting platforms. We are not in the business of teaching tactics, employment roles, rules of engagement, or use of force polices. Although all of these directly influence how a sniper functions and operates, the variance across the entities we work with is much too broad. However, the concepts we teach regarding precision are applicable to all entities.
